Welcome to Sahir Impex, where we take pride in being a well-reputed and reliable Manufacturer and Exporter of Readymade Garments from India.
Our modern production facility is strategically located in Noida, just 35 kilometers from New Delhi Airport, making logistics seamless and efficient. The factory covers an impressive land area of 450 square meters and boasts a total built-up area of 13,500 square feet, thoughtfully across five spacious floors.
At Sahir Impex, we utilize the latest technology in garment manufacturing, featuring advanced machinery such as the Jack Single Needle UBT Lockstitch Sewing Machines, Jack 5 Thread and 4 Thread Overlock Machines, Singer Fabric Layer Cutting Machines, as well as Xcel Pressing, Washing, and Hydro Machines. Our Barudan Computerized Embroidery machines also allow us to create intricate designs.
In addition to our top-of-the-line equipment, our talented staff members a wealth of expertise in various techniques, including hand embroideries, beadwork embroideries, tassel making, and manual single needle embroidery, cording, and chain stitching.
We prioritize quality assurance in our production processes, supported by our dedicated quality control team that meticulously follows QA procedures and implements lean manufacturing principles. This allows us to consistently deliver garments that not only meet but exceed our clients'.
Our team is promoted and managed by our founder Suchun Ahluwalia who has over 25 years of working experience in the fashion industry. She was born in New Delhi to a well reputed garment manufacturing family and pursued her education in Fashion Design from National Institute of Fashion Design (NIFT), New Delhi.
She has worked alongside her father, a well reputed garment manufacturer for 15 years to gain experience and upskill herself. After her marriage, she started her own manufacturing factory incorporating the 50+ years of family history and experience into her own dedicated manufacturing facility.
She has been capable to put together a great team of professionals, managers, coordinators and garment technicians along with a group of dedicated and skilled workers to drive our company towards year-on-year growth and further extend the reputation of her family.
