CODE OF CONDUCT

 

 

LIVING WAGE​

Every employee is paid a fair and above the living wage based on designation, work experience, and wage grade provided by the Government of India.

NO CHILD OR FORCED LABOR

No children or workers under the age of 18 are employed at our factory. Every sub-contractor we hire also needs to sign an agreement accepting these terms and conditions of our code of conduct agreement while filling out vendor application forms..

CLEAN WATER AND SANITISATION

Our factory provides its staff, workers and vistors with clean drinking water, and we maintain a clean working environment. COVID-19 Safety and Hygiene conditions are implemented following the WHO Guidelines throughout the factory. Frequent sanitisation of the entire facility is performed on a daily basis. Toilets, staff pantry, machinery are cleaned daily after working hours.

INFRASTRUCTURE & ENERGY​

Our factory needs is compliant with the Rules of Factories Act, Government of India, and follow Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

DISASTER RELEIF​

We provide our staff and workers with assistance during natural disasters and unforeseen weather conditions which may include delay to reach work, family support and monetary support.

HEALTH AND HYGINE​

Every employee is provided with health care insurance cover, and women are also provided with feminine hygiene products when needed. Medical Emergency and First Aid Kits are easily available within our premises, and nearby Medical Centres.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

We provide our staff and workers with constant education and up skilling opportunities. Our accounts team and HR Department provide assistance and educate our workers about taxation and have made it mandatory for opening of Bank Account for credit of monthly wages.

GENDER EQUALITY​

We do not discriminate against gender, and provide an equal opportunity for all. We encourage women to work and support their families. We welcome husband and wife workers, so both can come to and from work together. We allow half day working hours and adjustable working times to support the ladies who do not get jobs in other factories, because of they need to return back to home to take care of house work, and children.

CULTURAL & RELIGOUS FREEDOM​

We respect all different religions, and give our staff cultural holidays, to celebrate the traditions of their religions and provide area of worship within the factory premises.
